When do you roast and ship?
We air-roast to order in our Tower Grove shop and ship the same week, so your coffee arrives days after roasting — not months.
What does shipping cost?
$5 flat-rate U.S. shipping on orders of 2+ lbs. Gift subscriptions always ship free.
What if I don’t know what grind to pick?
Whole bean stays freshest longest. Otherwise pick your brewer — drip, French press, espresso, or Turkish — and we’ll grind it to match.
Do gift subscriptions auto-renew?
Never. You pay once, your giftee gets 3, 6, or 12 monthly deliveries, and it ends when it ends.
