Hand-roasted in small 5-pound batches at our Tower Grove South roastery, then thoughtfully flavored with vanilla and lavender. Lavender is notoriously hard to balance in coffee — too much and it tastes like soap. But because our beans are air-roasted (no drum-roast bitterness, no carryover from previous batches), there’s nothing in the base coffee fighting the lavender. The result is floral and warm without being perfumey. Soothing, never overwhelming. A favorite among customers who want something different but elegant.

Air roasting suspends the beans on a bed of hot air, roasting them evenly from every angle without the scorching or smoky char of traditional drum roasters.
