Hand-roasted in small 5-pound batches in our Tower Grove South roastery, then carefully flavored with Ube — the Filipino purple yam known for its sweet, creamy notes of vanilla and pistachio. Because we air-roast (instead of drum-roast), our beans stay clean and even, with no bitter or smoky baggage. That gives the Ube character room to shine without fighting through scorched notes. You get coffee that still tastes like coffee — with a layer of distinctive Ube sweetness sitting beautifully on top.
