The Italian Roast is the boldest expression in our lineup. We roast these Arabica beans to a deep, oily dark to unlock intense smoky flavors and a syrupy, caramelized sweetness. It provides a powerful kick with a clean, charred finish. This blend is designed for those who love a traditional, high-impact cup. Excellent for Espresso or a bold Drip brew.

At Hartford Coffee, we air-roast every bean in small batches right here in St. Louis. Air roasting suspends the beans on a bed of hot air, roasting them evenly from every angle without the scorching or smoky char of traditional drum roasters.
